抑精洗剂外洗结合穴位按摩治疗早泄的疗效观察

The curative effect of spermicidal lotion and acupressure in the treatment of premature ejaculation

目的观察抑精洗剂外洗结合穴位按摩治疗早泄的临床疗效。方法选取2016年1月至2017年12月钦州市中医医院男性科门诊诊治的120例早泄患者作为观察对象。随机分成观察组和对照组,各60例。观察组给予抑精洗剂外洗结合穴位按摩治疗,对照组给予口服达泊西丁片。结果观察组患者治疗前后CISFPE评分及IELT评分及总体疗效优于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抑精洗剂外洗结合穴位按摩治疗早泄有较好的临床疗效,值得推进一步研究及推广应用。

Objective To observe the curative effect of spermicidal lotion and acupressure in the treatment of premature ejaculation(PE).Methods 120 PE patients in Qinzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group received spermicidal lotion and acupressure while patients in the control group were orally given phenacetin tablets.Results The CISFPE score before and after the treatment and IELT score and overall curative effect in the observation group was better than that of control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions Spermicidal lotion combined with acupressure is of remarkable effect in the treatment of PE,which is worthy further research and popularization and application.
