抗战前河北棉花生产和运销改进述析

On the Cotton Production and Sale Improvement in Hebei Province before Anti - Japanese War

20世纪30年代前期,在国民政府、河北省政府、社会团体、金融机关和南开大学的协力合作下,河北开展了棉花品种改良和合作运销运动,并取得了一定的成绩。棉花生产得到了较快的发展,产量位居全国第一,成为河北最为重要的商品农作物;棉花运销也得到了一定程度的改善,棉农因此获益。

In the early 1930's, with the cooperation of KMT government,Hebei Province government, social communities, banks and Nankai university, a movement on cotton seed improvement and transportation-sale pattern cooperation was launched in Hebei Province. The movement had made some achievements : the cotton production got rapid development, the cotton output came first in China, and cotton became the most important commodity crops, the transportation-sale patterns were improved to a certain degree, the cotton farmers also benefited from it.
