摘要 采用添加剂研制了改良型硅铝镁质棚板。结果表明,由于添加剂的作用,使棚板基质中生成较多细微针状莫来石(类似网状交织在一起)和较均匀的封闭型小圆孔,从而使其使用次数达120次以上,每吨原料成本仅110元左右。 The innovated shed plates in the system silica—Alumina—Magnesia are researched by using additives. The results show that a number of minute pin-shaped mullites and average pores are distributed at the base of plates because of the effect of additives on it. The service life is increased by more than 120 times, and the prices of raw materials, are lowered to 110 yuan per-ton, and thus adapted fo low—priced ceramic furniture.
