在人类社会演化过程中,组织进化动力是来自于组织外部还是组织内部、是社会系统自我演进还是受人(组织者)为设计和干预,始终是学术界争论不休的一个问题,观点很难取得一致,系统自组织理论的发展,使争论更为复杂化,文章提出社会系统要素的意识特征必须纳入考虑的范围之内,并分析了社会组织进化动力的来源。

In the process of social evolution, where is the driving power? Is the cause inside or outside? It's a controversial issue. The self-organization theory has made the controversy more complicated. This article seeks to point out the self-organization paradox, and try to analyze drives of social organizational evolution.
