非霍奇金淋巴瘤与丙型肝炎病毒感染的相关性研究

The association of infection of hepatitis C virus with non-Hodgkin's lymphomas

目的 探讨贵州地区非霍奇金淋巴瘤 (NHL)与丙型肝炎病毒 (HCV)感染的相关性。方法 采用原位RT PCR法检测5 8例NHL和 2 5例良性淋巴组织病变 (BLPC)中HCVRNA。结果 NHL中HCVRNA阳性率为 18.97% (11/ 5 8) ;而BLPC中HCVRNA阴性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 贵州地区HCV感染与NHL有一定相关性。

Objective To detect the infection of hepatitis C virus(HCV) in non-Hodgkin's lymphomas(NHL). Methods HCV RNA sequence was determined by in situ reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (ISRT-PCR) in 58 cases of NHL and in 25 cases of benign lymphoid tissue pathological change (BLPC). Results The positive rate of HCV RNA sequence was 18.97% in NHLs while negative in BLPCs (P<0.05). Conclusion The NHLs in GuiZhou province seemed to be related to the infection of HCV.
