应用不同方法对新生儿胆红素检测的结果分析

Different methods can influence the results of bilirubin in neonate serum

目的 了解不同测试方法对新生儿胆红素 (NBIL)结果的影响。方法 分别用干片未结合胆红素及结合胆红素 (BuBc)、干片总胆红素 (TB)以及传统的湿化学法同时测定 40例新生儿黄疸患儿血清中总胆红素含量。结果 干片BuBc测定的结果明显高于干片TB测定的值 ,两者存在显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;干片BuBc与湿化学法测定的结果亦具有明显差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;而干片TB和湿化学法测定的结果之间没有差别 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 不同的测定方法可以导致新生儿胆红素结果的偏差。建议临床医生自始至终选用同一种测试方法 。

Objective To find out the results of neonatal bilirubin effected by different methods.Methods The serum levels of total bilirubin were respectively measured in 40 neonates with jaundice by slides BuBc, slides TB and wet chemistry method.Results There were significant difference between the results by slides BuBc and slides TB( P <0.05),and slides BuBc and wet chemistry ( P <0.05),but nosignificant difference was found between the wet chemistry method and slides TB( P <0.05)The level of slides BuBc was the highest among the three methods.Conclusion Because the deviation can be caused by different methods, doctors should always choose the same method to monitoring the bilirubin content in neonate serum to avoid error.
