高校教师年度考核研究综述

摘要 现行高校年度考核以奖惩性考核为主,考核方式采用教学——科研双轨模式,考核中存在较多的问题:教学考核注重过程忽视结果,科研考核重视数量忽视质量,社会服务和教师素质考核被忽视。为了克服现今考核体系存在的问题,发展性教师年度考核体系进入研究视野,其特征、与奖惩性年度考核体系的区别及联系受到关注。两种评价体系各有优劣,如何将二者有机结合将是高校教师绩效评价的应选之路。如何处理好长期目标与短期目标的关系、各种层级关系,建立符合各个院校自身的评价系统将是一个非常复杂的课题。 The most of college’s teacher’s Annual Appraisal is rewards and punishments Assessment,the content is teaching – research dual- track. There is some problems such as teaching assessment emphasizes process not result,scientific assessment research value number ignore quality,the social services and teachers’ quality assessment are neglected.The development Annual appraisal comes into the research field of vision in order to overcome these problems. They pay attention to its characteristics,the differences and relation of the rewards and punishments Assessment. The two evaluation systems have their own advantages and disadvantages,how to organic combination will be choosing of university teachers’ performance evaluation. It will be a very complicated subject to deal with the relationship between long- term goals and short- term goals,all kinds of hierarchy,to establishment conforms to various colleges own evaluation system.
