摘要
通过对锡林郭勒盟煤炭工业发展现状的阐述,分析了锡盟煤炭资源开发的制约因素和有利条件,并在此基础上进行了分析研究,从煤电基地、煤炭储配中心、资源整合、循环经济、清洁开发利用、安全生产等角度,对锡盟煤炭工业的可持续发展提出了对策和建议。
