摘要
通过调研了解锡林郭勒盟通信行业企业的生产生活,行业发展趋势和岗位标准,了解企业用人单位对于通信专业学生的专业知识、素质和能力的要求,从而确定出企业岗位需求与专业人才培养之间的关系,进一步探索校企合作途径、合作内容以及今后通信技术专业工作安排。
Through investigation and research to understand Xilingol league area communications industry enterprise ’s production and living,industry development trend and post standard,know unit of choose and employ persons for enterprise communications professional students’ professional knowledge,quality and ability request,to determine the enterprise position requirements and professional talent training,the relationship between the content of further explore ways to cooperate,cooperation between colleges and future communication technology professional work arrangement.
