摘要
通过问卷、访谈等方式对临沂一所高职院校的教师进行整体抽样调查,从教学和科研一线教师的视角,反映当前影响地方职业院校教师创新积极性的主要因素,通过深入分析目前存在的主要制约因素,提出促进职业院校教师创新积极性的建议,为院校制定政策促进教师创新提供理论支持与现实依据。
