职业院校工匠精神培育与人文素养提升的关系

Relationship between cultivation of craftsman’s spirit and improvement of humanistic quality in vocational colleges

为适应中国制造发展的趋势,满足职业院校生存发展的需要,我国职业教育正在走向内涵发展和质量提升的新阶段,培育'工匠精神'已经成为时代课题,在强调技能提升的同时,出现了忽视提升学生人文素养的倾向,有将工匠精神与人文素养对立起来的趋势,通过分析工匠精神与人文素养之间的关系,认为工匠精神与人文素养之间是相辅相成的关系,并在此基础上提出工匠精神培育和人文素养提升相得益彰的途径与方法。

In order to adapt to the trend of development of manufacturing in China and to meet the needs of the survival and development of vocational colleges, vocational education in China is heading for a new stage of connotation development and quality improvement and cultivating the spirit of craftsmen has become the subject of the times.While emphasizing skills upgrading,there is a tendency to ignore the promotion of students’ humanistic quality.This paper is to analyze the mutually reinforcing relationship between craftsman’s spirit and humanistic quality and offer some ways and means to enhance cultivation of craftsman’s spirit and improvement of humanistic quality.
