柴油发动机是农牧机械普遍使用的主动力输出设备,因此柴油机拆装成为许多农牧地区高职院校实践教学的重要环节之一,通过对ZS1100柴油机拆装实训中常见故障和问题进行分析,从安装前准备、气缸盖安装、气门间隙检查调整、活塞连杆组件安装、喷油器的维护等方面提出了相应的注意事项及处理方法。对同类院校机械拆装实训的教学实施具有一定的参考意义。

Diesel engine is the main power output device which is widely used in agriculture and animal husbandry machinery,therefore disassembling diesel engine for many farming region one of the important link of practice teaching in higher vocational colleges,the dismantling of ZS1100 diesel common faults and problems were analyzed,and in practice are installed from preparation,cylinder head,check valve clearance adjustment,the piston connecting rod component installation,maintenance of fuel injector,etc,put forward the corresponding precautions and solutions.The similar mechanical dismantling practical training teaching has certain reference significance.
