妊娠高血压综合征发生影响因素初探

Iinitial exploration on the influential factors of pregnancy-induced hypentension syndrom

目的 :探讨妊娠高血压综合征 (妊高征 )发生的影响因素。方法 :采用病例对照的方法对妊高征组 14 7例和非妊高征组 14 9例从一般情况如年龄、文化层次、发生地、妊次进行比较分析。结果 :两组发生地 (农村、城市 )有明显差异P<0 .0 5 ,两组文化层次也有明显差异 P<0 .0 5 ,余年龄、妊次差异不明显。结论 :妊高征的发生与发生地、文化层次有明显关系 ,农村发生率高于城市 ,随着文化程度的减低 。

Objective:To explore the influential factors of pregnancy-induced hypentension syndrom.Methods:To compare the 147 cases of pregnancy-induced hypentension syndrom with 149 cases of non-pregnancy-induced hypentension syndrom according to the usual facts such as age,cultura level,place,frequency of pregnancy by adopting the method of case-contrast.Results:The places(urban and rural areas)of two groups make significant diffierence (P<0.05).The cutural level of the two groups make significeant diffirenence too.The difference of age and frequency of pregnancy is not very noticeable.Conclusion:The occurrence of pregnancy-induced hypentension sydrom is closely related to the place and cultural level.The proportion of the pregnancy-induced hypentension syndrom occurrence in the rural areas is higher than that in the urban areas and is the accretion trend with lower of the curtural level.
