喷雾干燥颗粒的致密化

Densification of Spray Dried Powders

本文对制造仿花岗岩瓷质砖用的喷雾干燥颗粒的水份、成型压力与压制后的相对密度及体积压缩分数之间的关系进行了一系列的试验。阐述了压制致密机理,并对提高压制密度的途径提出了建议。

This paper is concerned with the effects of pressing pressure, moisture of powder, granular size and packing density on compaction. Results show that these effects depend strongly upon the raw materials and body preparation.Therefore we can not simply use the previours conclusions described in the published papers for tile making.Now new value of coeffeicints are suggested in this paper to specially fit ceramic tiles
