The method of calculating the similarity in the Fingerprints Chromatography of Radix Salvia Miltiorrihiza

目的采用 Excel2002的统计功能计算丹参药材指纹图谱的相似度。方法在多维空间中比较相关系数和夹角余旋值来计算图谱相似度。结果 10批药材指纹图谱的夹角余旋和相关系数均大于99％。结论此法简便,准确,易于推广,可用于指纹图谱相似度的计算。

Objective:Application of Microsoft Excel2002 to calculate the similarity in the fin- gerprints chromatography of Radix Salvia mihiorrihiza.Method:Compare the similarity of the fin- gerprints chromatography by coefficient of correlation and cosine value of vectorial angle.Result: The coefficient of correlation and cosin value of vectorial angle are all above 99%.Conclution: This method is simple,accurate,convenient in calculating the similarity of the fingerprints Chro- matography.
