洁净室内尘埃粒子数的影响因素

目的:为了有效地控制洁净室的尘埃粒子数,使洁净室的洁净度达到 GMP 规定的要求。方法及结果:分别从洁净室内人员操作及动作、洁净服、建筑材料三个不同方面进行实验,找出这三个方面对洁净室尘粒数的影响。结论:洁净室内操作人员动作平稳、不乱走动、人员穿着符合要求的洁净服、洁净室内采用优质的建筑材料可以显著降低洁净室内的尘埃粒子数,是保证洁净室的尘粒数符合 GMP 要求的主要条件。

Objective:For availably control the clean room's airborne,making the clean room's cleanliness attaining the GMP rulinging.Method and result:Experimenting from three dif- ferent aspects that personnel's operation and action in the clean room,clean clothes and building materials,to find out these three aspects's influence to clean room's airborne.Conclusion:It can lower remarkable the ariborne that personnel's steady action,not disorderly walking,the clean clothes meeting the requirements,clean room adopting quality building materials,and it is impor- tant term to quarantee airborne attaining the GMP rulinging.
