两种凤丹干花精油及芳香水挥发性成分比较研究 被引量:4

Comparative Study on the Volatile Components in Essential oils and Aromatic Waters of Dried Flowers of Two Paeonia suffruticosa Cultivars(Fengdan)

摘要 为分析比较凤丹白和凤丹紫干花精油及芳香水的挥发性成分,采用水蒸气蒸馏法制备精油和芳香水,以气相色谱-质谱法分析它们的化学组成,基于峰面积归一化法计算各成分相对质量分数。从凤丹白干花精油和芳香水中分别鉴定出38和20种成分,占总挥发性成分的96.85%和98.59%,主要成分均为反-氧化芳樟醇(呋喃型)(精油和芳香水中分别为10.18%和20.19%);从凤丹紫干花精油和芳香水中分别鉴定出30和29种成分,占总成分的95.49%和97.86%,精油主要成分为柠檬烯(21.75%),芳香水主要成分为苯甲醇(17.50%)。凤丹白和凤丹紫两个品种间以及精油和芳香水之间的成分差异均较显著,研究结果可为牡丹花资源在香精香料领域的应用提供科学依据。 To analyze and compare the volatile components in the essential oils and aromatic waters of dried flowers of'Fengdan Bai'and'Fengdan Zi',the essential oils and aromatic waters were prepared by steam distillation,and their chemical compositions were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The relative mass percentage of each component was calculated based on the peak area normalization method.A total of 38 and 20 components were identi?ed in essential oil and aromatic water of'Fengdan Bai'dried?owers respectively,accounting for 96.85%and 98.59%of the total volatile components.The main components were trans-linalool oxides(furanoid)(10.18%and 20.19%,respectively).A total of 30 and 29 components were identi?ed in the essential oil and aromatic water of'Fengdan Zi'dried?owers respectively,accounting for 95.49%and 97.86%of the total components.The main component of this essential oil was limonene(21.75%)and that of aromatic water was phenylmethanol(17.50%).There existed signi?cant differences between the two cultivars of'Fengdan Bai'and'Fengdan Zi',as well as between the essential oil and aromatic water.The results provide a scienti?c basis for the utilization of peony?ower resources in?avors and fragrances industry.
