UPLC-Q-TOF-MS法同时测定化妆品中14种植物提取物标识成分

Simultaneous Determination of 14 Indicative Components from Plant Extracts in Cosmetic by UPLC-Q-TOF-MS

建立了化妆品中添加植物提取物标识成分的超高效液相色谱-高分辨质谱(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS)测定方法,能同时测定积雪草苷、羟基积雪草苷、木犀草苷等14种标识成分。样品经有机溶剂超声提取后,提取液高速离心处理,经C18色谱柱分离,电喷雾-四极杆-飞行时间质谱检测。14种标识成分的检出限在0.01~0.025 mg/L之间,在膏霜基质中的加标回收率为61.3%~115.1%,相对标准偏差小于16.6%(n=6)。该方法适用于化妆品中添加植物提取物标识成分的定性鉴定和含量测定,方法准确、快速、灵敏度高,为化妆品的高通量快速筛查提供了实用可靠的技术手段。

A method based on ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography tandem high resolution mass spectrometry(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS)had been developed and validated for simultaneous determination of 14 indicative components in plant extracts added to cosmetics,such as Asiaticoside,Madecassoside,Cynaroside,etc.The samples were extracted by organic solvent with ultrasonic method at?rst,then the obtained extracts were conducted fast speed centrifugation,separated on C18 column and detected by ESI-Q-TOF-MS analysis.The results showed that the limits of detection of 14 indicative components in cosmetics were 0.01 to 0.025 mg/L,the average recovery in cream matrix was 61.3%to 115.1%,the relative standard deviation(RSD)was less than 16.6%(n=6).This method is accurate,rapid and high sensitive,which can be applied to qualitative identi?cation and quantitative determination of the indicative components in cosmetics with plant extracts.It may serve as a reliable and practical technology with rapid high-throughput screening for cosmeceuticals.
