A New Illegal Addition of Glucocorticoids in Cosmetics: Betamethasone Butyrate Acetate

在化妆品的糖皮质激素测定过程中,发现了一种与现有标准检测方法 GB/T 24800.2—2009中所列的倍他米松双丙酸酯具有类似结构的疑似糖皮质激素。在没有标准品的情况下,对其二级质谱进行碎片解析,结合类似化合物的二级质谱分析,确证了该疑似物为倍他米松丁酸乙酸酯。

During detecting the glucocorticoids in cosmetics according to GB/T 24800.2—2009 standard by tandem quadrupole mass spectrometry,a suspicious additive which was likely an isomeride of betamethasone dipropinoate was found.Then in the absence of a standard reference,the secondary mass spectrometry of the suspicious additive and other two compounds with similar structure were used to analyze its structure.It was con?rmed that the suspected substance was betamethasone butyrate acetate which was?rst found in cosmetics.
