摘要
利用加速氧化试验法测定合成及天然油脂的氧化稳定性,并观测大气总悬浮颗粒物对不同油脂氧化稳定性的影响,结果显示:合成油脂氧化稳定性优于植物油脂,大气总悬浮颗粒物对油脂氧化稳定性具有一定弱化作用,大气总悬浮颗粒物浓度越高,油脂氧化稳定性降低越明显。同时,植物油脂的氧化稳定性相对于合成油脂更容易受到大气总悬浮颗粒物的影响。
The oxidative stability of synthetic and natural oils were measured by accelerated oxidation test,and the effects of atmospheric total suspended particles on the oxidative stability of different oils were observed.The results showed that the oxidative stability of synthetic oil was better than that of vegetable oil,and the total suspended particulates of the atmosphere would weaken the oxidative stability of oils.The higher the concentration of total suspended particulates,the more obvious the oxidative stability of oil decreased.At the same time,the oxidative stability of vegetable oils was more susceptible to the total suspended particulates in the atmosphere than synthetic oils.
