摘要
目的 探讨影响臀肌挛缩症治疗效果的相关因素及治疗依据。 方法 1999年 4月～ 2 0 0 2年 7月对收治 15 4例臀肌挛缩症术后进行随访 5～ 36个月 ,平均 2 5个月。结果按年龄、病情轻重、手术中矫正度及术后康复与否进行分组疗效评定 ,分析对臀肌挛缩症疗效的影响因素。 结果 18～ 2 4岁年龄组优良率 (2 5 /30 )较 5～ 17岁年龄组优良率 (12 0 /12 4 )低 ,差异有统计学意义 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;病情轻组优良率 (10 7/10 9)较病情重组优良率 (38/45 )高 ,差异有统计学意义 (P<0 .0 1) ;按手术中矫正程度分组 ,A组矫正度并膝屈髋 >12 0度、内收内旋 >2 0度 ,其优良率 (111/113)较 B组矫正度并膝屈髋 90～ 12 0度、内收内旋 10～ 2 0度的优良率 (34/41)高 ,差异有统计学意义 (P<0 .0 1) ;术后正规康复组 A组优良率 (10 7/110 )较一般治疗组 B组优良率 (38/44)高 ,差异有统计学意义 (P<0 .0 5 )。 结论 年龄、病情轻重、手术中矫正度及术后正规康复对臀肌挛缩症治疗效果都有很大影响.
Objective To study some related factors of effect on gluteus muscle contraction and provide the therapeutic basis. Methods The curative effect was assessed in 154 patients who were classified by age, patient's condition, orthopedic degree in operation and rehabilitation with an average follow-up period of 25 months(ranging from 5 to 36 months).Results The excellent rate of 18- 24 years old (2530) was lower than that of 5 -17 years old(120124) (P<0.05); the excellent rate of slight patients was higher (107109) than that of serious patients (3845) (P<0.01); the excellent rate from higher orthopedic degree was higher (111113) than that from lower orthopedic degree(3441) (P<0.01); and the excellent rate of rehabilitation was much higher (107110) than that of general treatment (3844) (P<0.05). Conclusion Age, patient's condition, orthopedic degree in operation and rehabilitation are important factors to affect the curative effect on gluteu muscle contraction.
