严重烧伤后腹泻患者肠道菌群变化的初步研究

A prelinminary study on changes of intestinal flora in patients with postburn diarrhea.

目的 观察烧伤后腹泻病人肠道菌群的变化。方法 采用微生物定量分析方法观察烧伤后腹泻病人 2 6例。结果 腹泻时全部患者肠道菌群发生明显变化 ,总体菌量下降 ,厌氧菌数中的双岐杆菌、类杆菌的数量明显减少 ,酵母样真菌明显升高 ,B/E值下降。结论 严重烧伤后腹泻患者发生菌群失调。

Objective To observe the changes of intestinal flora in patients with postburn diarrhea.Methods A quantitative microbiological analysis was made in 26 Patients.Results The intestinal flora changed greatly;and the total amount of bacteria decreased.The amount of bifidobacterium lactobacillus decreased,however the fungus and enterobacteria inereased significantly.R/E dropped as well.Conclusion It demonstrated that dysbiosis had occurred after burn injury.
