台湾民主转型中新闻传播的变迁与发展——一项基于对台湾新闻传播界深度访谈的研究

The Development of Journalism in Taiwan's Democratic Transition:A Study Based on In-depth Interviews about the Taiwan Academic and Industry

对于台湾新闻传播与民主转型的关系问题,台湾新闻传播学界和业界相关人士无疑具有发言权,通过对他们的访谈,可以看到更加真实、全面和透彻的台湾民主转型中台湾新闻传播的历史过往和现实图景。台湾新闻传播在管制与自由、侍从与合谋、西化与本土这几个问题上有比较集中的叙说和解读,在报禁解除后的自由环境中,被访者强调应以"非无限"的自由与合理的管制去除市场之虞,长远规划符合本土的新闻传播政策。总体来看,有序合理的新闻传播政策与良性理想的媒体环境是被访者的共同期待。

In order to understand the relationship between journalism and the democratic transition in Taiwan,12 interview questions have been offered to 16 relevant people in in-depth interviews. Through a generation of the collective memory,a more authentic,comprehensive and thorough history and reality of Taiwan's journalism in the democratic transition can be established. It is found that more narratives and interpretations have focused on these issues——control and freedom,attendants and collusion,westernization and localization. In the free environment,respondents emphasize on'not infinite'freedom and reasonable control to remove the shortcoming of the market,and long-term planning of journalism policy in line with the local. Overall,orderly journalism policy and ideal media environment is the common expectation of respondents.
