从方法论的角度看,实现理论创新和实践创新的良性互动是新中国70年的基本经验。理论创新和实践创新的互动模式有两种:良性互动模式和恶性互动模式。良性互动模式指实践创新是理论创新的基础和动力,理论创新是实践创新的提升和指南,二者之间相互依赖、相互影响、相互渗透、相互作用。它表现为马克思主义'化'中国和中国'化'马克思主义两个方面。它坚决反对恶性互动模式的两种表现,一种是重理论轻实践的教条主义倾向,另一种是重实践轻理论的唯实践主义倾向。理论创新和实践创新良性互动的内在机制是指二者之间相互作用的过程和方式,它的逻辑起点是问题意识,关键之点是切中现实,中介环节是实践理念的形成。在新时代背景下,深入探讨二者良性互动的内涵和机制,有助于发展21世纪的马克思主义和当代中国马克思主义,有助于推进中国特色社会主义现代化强国建设伟大事业,有助于批驳各种歪曲马克思主义和社会主义的谬论。

From the perspective of methodology,the positive interaction between theoretical innovation and practical innovation is the basic experience of New China over the past 70 years.There are two modes of interaction between theoretical innovation and practical innovation:benign and vicious.The benign interaction model means that practical innovation is the foundation and driving force of theoretical innovation.Theoretical innovation is the promotion and guidance of practical innovation.The two depend on each other,influence each other,infiltrate and interact with each other.This phenomenon is manifested in two aspects:Marxism'transforming'China and China'transforming'Marxism.It resolutely opposes the two manifestations of the vicious interaction mode.One is valuing theory more than practice,and the other is valuing practice more than theory.The internal mechanism of benign interaction between theoretical innovation and practical innovation refers to the process and mode of interaction between the two.Its logical starting point is problem consciousness.Its key point is to cut into the reality,and its intermediary link is the formation of practical ideas.In the context of the new era,in-depth exploration of the connotation and mechanism of the benign interaction between the two will help to develop 21st-century Marxism and contemporary Chinese Marxism.It will help promote the great cause of building a socialist modernized power with Chinese characteristics.It will also provide a strong rebuke to all kinds of paradoxes that distort Marxism and socialism.
