无论是全球战略、商业战略或是战略经营单位的战略,均要转化为项目目标,项目管理能够将目标的制定与实施策略有效地融为一体,是企业提升战略执行力的有效手段。有一种说法:企业发展战略是根据明天的市场需求来决定今天要做什么,而不是今天在做什么,明天会怎样。企业战略有两个方面:一是战略的制定,二是战略的实施。相比较而言,国内企业比较重视战略的制定。

No matter it is a global strategy,business strategy or a unit strategy,it must be transform into project goal.Project management can combine set goals and implement strategy together,then make business strategy come true.Enterprise strategy includes two sides, one is strategy formulation, and the other is strategy implementation. Comparatively speaking, domestic enterprises pay more attention to strategy formulation, while losing sight of strategy implementation. Therefore, enterprises urgently need to regard project management as effec tive means to improve organizational strategic implementation, and apply project management to enterprise management.
