项目经理往往同时身兼领导者与管理者两项重任,领导力就是项目经理面对项目种种挑战的适应能力,及其给项目团队以及组织带来的价值。正面领导力能帮助项目经理提升项目团队的效率,加强项目团队的胜任能力。根据多年任职项目经理以及管理项目经理的经验,再加上对项目发起人以及高层管理者期望值的大量纪录,我确信无论项目规模大小。
It is the ability to adapt to the challenges of the project, and the value the project manager brings to the team and the organization. People can make a difference and provide leadership regardless of project size or actual position in an organizational hierarchy. The key element here is whether or not an individual is creating value or, as John C. Maxwell states, "practicing authentic leadership."
