Olivier Lazar: Value Creation Is the Core of Management

奥利维尔·拉扎尔(Olivier Lazar)曾任PMI瑞士分会主席,目前他是PMI教育基金会董事会成员。奥利维尔持有8种PMI证书,可谓是PMI证书大满贯。他把认证路径作为一系列里程碑,用来标记个人能力发展之路。在他看来,认证考试是对现行实践经验的验证。2014年,他参与了近几版PMI标准的制定,他亦是即将发布的'PMI风险管理标准'核心委员会的成员。

Olivier Lazar is the Managing Partner & COO of the Palatine Group/Management Worlds. He has maintained his competencies through a continuous path marked by a singular achievement of holding 8 PMI certifications. He held various Board positions in the PMI Switzerland Chapter, including President in 2014. He sits currently at the Board of Directors of the PMI Educational Foundation(PMIEF). He has had numerous publications and presentations. He has also contributed to recent editions of several PMI Standards, and sat at the core committee for the upcoming PMI Risk Management Standard. In this interview, he shared his career story, views on management, certification, trends, etc.
