摘要
本研究旨在探讨2种安装多位点血管瘘手术方法对山羊血清蛋白质含量、肝功能及营养物质消化和代谢的影响。选取8只体重相近、年龄约1.5岁的健康清江白山羊羯羊,按体重相近的原则分成2组,分别采用腹腔镜法与传统开腹法手术安装山羊门静脉、肠系膜静脉血管瘘管。测定术前和术后第1、3、5天试验羊血清蛋白质代谢和肝功能指标以及术后1~15d机体营养物质消化和代谢指标。结果表明,与开腹组相比,腹腔镜组术后第5天山羊血清总蛋白(TP)水平均极显著高于开腹组(P<0.01),腹腔镜组术后第3天的血浆尿素氮(BUN)水平、术后第1天的肌酐(Cr)水平、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)水平以及术后第1、3、5天的谷草转氨酶(AST)水平均显著低于开腹组(P<0.01);术后1~15d腹腔镜组山羊干物质采食量、粗蛋白消化率、氮利用率均极显著高于开腹组(P<0.01),干物质消化率显著高于开腹组(P<0.05)。本试验表明了腹腔镜手术对山羊血清蛋白质代谢、肝功能和机体营养物质消化和代谢影响更小,机体恢复更快。
The objective of this experiment was to evaluate the effect of two surgery methods of indwelling multi-catheters on concentration of serum protein,liver function and nutrient digestion and metabolism of goats.Eight health castrated Qingjiang goats with similar weight about 1.5years old were divided into two groups according to the principle of similar weight,and portal vein and mesenteric vein fistulas were installed in goats with laparoscopic and traditional laparotomy surgery methods,respectively.Serum protein metabolism and liver function of preoperative and postoperative 1,3,5dand nutrient digestion and metabolism of 1-15 dof postoperative were determined.The results showed that TP level of laparoscopic group was significantly higher than that of laparotomy group for 5dafter operation(P<0.01),BUN level for 3dafter operation,Cr and ALT level for 1dafter operation and AST level for 1,3,5dafter operation of laparoscopic group were significantly lower than that of laparotomy group(P<0.01).Dry matter intake,the digestibility of protein and the utilization of nitrogen of laparoscopic group were significantly higher than that of laparotomy group(P<0.01),and the digestibility of DM of laparoscopic group were significantly higher than that of laparotomy group(P<0.05).This experiment indicated that the effect of laparoscopic surgery on serum protein metabolism,liver function and nutrient digestion and metabolism in goat was smaller and goats recovered faster than laparotomy.
