陈仓区生猪产业发展面临的困境及出路

为了促进陈仓区生猪产业稳步发展,解决产业发展中遇到的难题,寻求产业发展的后续出路。笔者通过调查研究,认为陈仓区生猪产业呈现区域场户集中,土地承载量基本饱和,良种繁育体系较为健全,生猪规模养殖场、养殖小区、养殖大村发展迅速,组织化程度较高,销售和加工渠道畅通等特点。同时也发现了陈仓区生猪产业发展面临的诸多困境,如养殖污染较为严重、环保压力较大、疫病风险较多、产业板块受到挤压、政府支持力度不够、产业发展后劲不足等问题。分析了保持生猪产业持续发展的诸多优势。提出了"稳定原区,大力发展山区、半山区,保持生猪产业大区发展势头不减"的战略发展目标。为了实现这一战略目标,分别从提振生猪产业发展信心,科学规划布局,实施项目带动战略,强化科技培训,完善繁育体系,建立长效工作机制,推进生猪产加销区域平衡,推广绿色健康养殖,保护和改善农村生态环境,促进产业转型升级等方面提出了明确的工作对策和建议,为陈仓区生猪产业后续健康发展探寻出路。

in order to promote the steady development of the pig industry in chencang district,solve the problems encountered in the development of the industry,and seek the follow-up way out for the development of the industry.Through investigation and research,the author believes that the pig industry in chencang district is characterized by the concentration of farm households in the region,the basic saturation of land bearing capacity,the sound breeding system of fine breeds,the rapid development of pig farms,breeding communities and large breeding villages,high degree of organization,and smooth sales and processing channels.At the same time,many difficulties in the development of the live pig industry in chencang district are also found,such as serious pollution in breeding,great pressure on environmental protection,high risk of disease,squeezed industrial sector,insufficient government support and insufficient industrial development momentum.This paper analyzes the advantages of maintaining the sustainable development of the pig industry.Put forward the strategic development goal of 'stabilizing the original area,vigorously developing the mountainous area and the mid-level area,and maintaining the development momentum of the large area of live pig industry'.In order to achieve this strategic goal,respectively from the confidence boost pig industry development,scientific planning and layout,the implementation of the strategy for the project impetusing strengthening science and technology training,improving the breeding system,establish a long-term working mechanism,promoting pig ChanJiaXiao regional balance,promote green and healthy aquaculture,protect and improve the rural ecological environment,promoting industrial transformation and upgrading of work put forward the specific countermeasures and Suggestions,for their area of pig industry healthy development of the subsequent search for a way out.
