甘州区畜间包虫病流行情况调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on Epidemic Situation of Echinococcosis among Livestock in Ganzhou District

为了掌握甘州区畜间包虫病的流行情况,选择了有代表性的3个乡镇,采集羊血清和犬粪便进行实验室检测,同时在牛羊定点屠宰厂对宰后羊的脏器进行检测,结果表明犬细粒棘球绦虫的感染率为1.11%;羊包虫病自然感染率为4.44%;羊脏器棘球蚴感染率为8.9%,甘州区畜间包虫病处于低流行态势。

In order to grasp the prevalence of echinococcosis in Ganzhou district,three representative towns were selected.Collecting sheep serum and dog feces for laboratory testing,at the same time,inspecting the organs of sheep after slaughter in cattle and sheep slaughter factories.The results showed that the infection rate of dog echinococcus granulosus was 1.11%;the natural infection rate of sheep echinococcosis was 4.44%;the infection rate of sheep viscera echinococcosis was 8.9%.Echinococcosis is a low epidemic situation between livestock in Ganzhou District.
