酒泉市生猪屠宰监管存在的问题及建议

Problems and Suggestions in the Supervision of Pigs Slaughtering in Jiuquan City

酒泉市生猪屠宰监管职责移交以来,以保障屠宰环节质量安全为根本目标,严格生猪屠宰资格审核,引导屠宰行业转型升级,切实强化畜禽屠宰行业管理,推动了畜禽屠宰监管各项重点工作的深入开展。笔者深入分析了本市生猪屠宰监管现状和存在问题,并提出了一些建议,希望对今后生猪屠宰监管工作有一定借鉴作用。

Since the responsibilities of live pigs slaughtering supervision and control were handed over in Jiuquan city,with the fundamental goal of ensuring quality and safety of the slaughtering links,the city has strictly reviewed live pigs slaughtering qualification,guided the slaughtering industry transformation and upgrading,and effectively strengthened the management of livestock and poultry slaughtering industry,thus promoting in-depth development of the supervision and control in livestock and poultry slaughtering.The author analyzed the current situation and existing problems of pigs slaughtering supervision in this city,and put forward some suggestions,hoping to provide a certain reference for pigs slaughtering supervision in the future.
