摘要
以C49S为温光敏核不育基因供体,以抗条锈病和白粉病的贵农21选为父本杂交选育而的两系核不育小麦MTS-1具有不育性状好,异交结实率高,不育彻底,不育期长,育性稳定,抗病性突出,对条锈病免疫,且其抗性稳定遗传力强,品质优良,丰产性好,综合农艺性状优良等主要特点。文中介绍了其直接和间接利用情况,并对其利用前景进行展望。
The two-line genic male sterile wheat MTS-1, bred from the cross by using the two-line genic male sterile wheat C49S as the donor for the thermo-photo-sensitive genic male sterile gene and Guinong 21 Xuan with the resistances to strip rust and powdery mildew as male parent, has the advantage characteristics such as good sterility, high outcrossing seed setting rate, full sterility, long sterile time, stable fertility, immune to strip rust, high and stable heritability to strip rust, good quality, high yield ability, good comprehensive agronomic traits and so on. In the paper, it was presented in the application of MTS-1 by directly and indirectly, and the prospects of MTS-1 was forecasted.
