替来他明对大鼠不同脑区内源性硫化氢浓度的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Tiletamine on the Endogenous Hydrogen Sulfide Content in Different Brain Regions of Rats

摘要 动态观察替来他明对大鼠不同脑区内源性H2S浓度的影响,以探讨其是否参与替来他明全麻过程。选取SD大鼠84只,随机分为对照组和高、低剂量组(腹腔注射替来他明60 mg/kg、30 mg/kg),每个剂量组又分为麻醉组、恢复Ⅰ组和恢复Ⅱ组等3个亚组。在相应的时期断头取脑,分离各部分脑区,测定脑内H2S浓度。结果表明内源性H2S可能参与了替来他明麻醉过程,在大脑皮层、中脑、海马表现出剂量依赖性,且与大鼠行为学变化具有一定的相关性。 To explain whether endogenous H2S is involved in tiletamine anesthesia by observing the dynamic effects of tiletamine on H2S content in different brain regions of rats,84 SD rats were randomly divided into control group,high dose group( ip tilelamine 60 mg / kg) and low dose group( ip tilelamine 30 mg / kg). The group was divided into three subgroups of maintenance of anesthesia,recovery from anesthesiaⅠand recovery from anesthesiaⅡaccording to their anesthesia state. The brains were removed and the various parts of brain regions were separated in the corresponding period,the contents of H2S in different brain regions of rats were measured by spectrphotometry. The results suggest that endogenous H2S may be involved in tiletamine anesthesia process and show dose-d ependent in the regions of the cerebral cortex,midbrain,hippocampus,it has some correlation with the behavioral changes of rats.
