摘要
为研究小型猪特异性麻醉颉颃剂对小型猪免疫功能的影响,以复合麻醉剂(XFM)麻醉的中国试验用小型猪为试验模型,采用小型猪特异性麻醉颉颃剂进行催醒,检测催醒过程中小型猪血清中CD3+、CD4+、CD8+的变化。结果发现:不同时间点小型猪血清中各项指标与麻醉前相比,差异不显著(P>0.05),均在生理范围内波动。表明临床剂量的XFM特异性麻醉颉颃剂对小型猪免疫功能无明显影响。
To study the effects of the specifically antagonistic agent of XFM on immune function in miniature pigs,we chose Chinese experimental miniature pigs,which are anesthetized with XFM as the experimental models. This study reported the use of the specifically antagonistic agent of XFM to arouse miniature pigs and detect the changes of CD3+; CD4+; CD8+. Results showed that differences in contents of CD3+; CD4+; CD8+in blood serum of different time-point were not significant in experimental group compared with control group( P >0. 05). It indicates that the clinical doses of the specifically antagonistic agent of XFM,has no significant effects on CD3+、CD4+、CD8+in miniature pigs.
