摘要
为研究澳杜湖杂交绵羊生长发育情况及其对当地生态环境的适应能力,采用常规测定、显微测定和全自动血液生理生化分析仪分析等方法,分别测定了不同年龄羊的体重、体尺、羊毛品质(包括净毛率和不同部位的羊毛的细度、有髓毛和无髓毛占比、自然和伸直长度)等指标和成年羊血液26项生理生化指标。结果表明,澳杜湖杂交绵羊早期生长速度快,初生阶段公母羊体斜长差异显著(P<0.05),成年时期公母羊体重差异显著(P<0.05),成年公羊平均体重为87.4 kg,成年母羊平均体重为78.7 kg,在其余各生长阶段内,公母羊之间体重及体尺差异不显著(P>0.05)。该杂交羊毛平均净毛率在60%以上,平均自然长度为(3.05±1.50)mm,伸直长度为(4.60±2.62)mm,细度较为适中(33.60±1.97)μm。血液生理生化指标测定值在公母羊之间比较、以及同国内绵羊参考值相比较均存在一定的差异。白细胞、淋巴细胞、中间细胞和红细胞压积高于国内绵羊参考值;中间细胞比率和平均血红蛋白含量低于国内绵羊参考值;红细胞总数、血红蛋白、红细胞平均体积和血小板体积均在国内绵羊参考值范围内;谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、胆固醇和血糖含量高于国内绵羊参考值;肌酐、尿素氮和总蛋白含量低于国内绵羊参考值;白蛋白含量在国内绵羊参考值范围内;公母羊之间比较,淋巴细胞比率和血小板压积差异显著(P<0.05),粒细胞、粒细胞比率和血小板总数差异极显著(P<0.01),其余各项生理生化指标均无显著差异(P>0.05)。测定结果表明,澳杜湖杂交绵羊在生长发育性能等方面都有不同程度的改善和提高,测定的羊毛品质和血液生理生化等相关指标,均为该品种羊进一步开发利用提供参考依据。
In order to study the growth and development of the ADH hybrid sheep and their adaptability to the local ecological environment,the body weight and body size of sheep of different ages were measured by conventional measurement of production performance,microscopic measurement and automatic analysis of blood physiology and biochemistry analyzer.Wool quality(including net wool percentage,wool fineness of different parts,ratio of myelinated and unmyelinated wool,natural and straight length)and 26 physiological and biochemical indexes of adult sheep blood were measured.The results showed that the early growth rate of the ADH cross-breeding sheep was high,and the difference in the length of the male and female ewes in the primary stage was significant(P<0.05).The difference in body weight of the adult male and female ewes was significant(P<0.05).The average weight of adult rams was 87.4 kg,and that of the adult ewes was 78.7 kg.In the other growth stages,there were no significant differences in body weight and body size between the male and female sheep(P>0.05).The average net wool ratio of the hybrid wool was above 60%,the average natural length was(3.05±1.50)mm,the straight length was(4.60±2.62)mm,and the fineness was moderate(33.60±1.97)μm.There are some differences in blood physiological and biochemical indicators between the male and female sheep and in comparison with the reference values of domestic sheep.WBC,LYM,MID and HCT of the ADH sheep were higher than the reference values of domestic sheep;their MID%and MCH were lower than the reference values of domestic sheep;their RBC,HGB,MCV and MPV were all within the reference range of domestic sheep;their ALT,AST,TC and GLU were higher than the reference values of domestic sheep;their CRE,UURE and TP were lower than the reference value of domestic sheep;their ALB was within the reference value range of domestic sheep;the difference in the LYM%and PCT between the male and female ewes was significant(P<0.05),and the difference in GRAN and GRAN%and PLT was very significant(P<0.01).There were no significant differences among the other physiological and biochemical indexes(P>0.05).In conclusion,ADH sheep have had improvement in terms of growth and development.The measured wool quality and blood physiology and biochemistry and other related indicators provide reference for further development and utilization of this breed of sheep.
