摘要
旨在探讨国产和进口孕酮阴道栓(CIDR)对多浪羊同期发情的影响,为肉羊产业化发展和繁殖性能的提高提供参考。试验以喀什地区舍饲多浪羊为研究对象,随机挑选健康、膘情中等以上母羊325头,在不同季节分别采用CIDR(国产)栓+PMSG和CIDR(进口)栓+PMSG做同期发情处理。结果表明,CIDR无论是采用进口还是国产,秋季总发情率均显著高于春季(国产:90.15%VS 76.74%;进口:94.00%VS 81.00%)(P<0.05),使用进口CIDR处理同期发情的母羊总妊娠率显著高于使用国产CIDR处理组(90.77%VS 82.18%)(P<0.05)。两种不同处理方法对春季多浪羊发情时间的间隔影响差异不明显,但进口CIDR处理组在36 h和60 h发情率明显高于国产CIDR处理组,但差异未达显著(P>0.05)。综上,秋季使用CIDR+PMSG法对多浪羊进行处理后的发情同期率、受胎率均高于春季处理,该处理方法适合在新疆喀什地区重复试验或广泛应用。
In order to explore the influence of domestic and imported CIDR on the estrus of Duolang sheep,and to provide a method for the industrialization development and reproductive performance improvement of mutton sheep,325 healthy,lyrical and middle-aged Duolang ewes were randomLy chosen from the Kashgar area.The CIDR(domestic)plug+PMSG and CIDR(imported)plug+PMSG were used to treat the estrus of the ewes at the same time.The results showed that the total estrus rate of the ewes in autumn was significantly higher than that in spring(P<0.05).The total gestation rate of the ewes treated with imported CIDR was significantly higher than that of the ewes treated with domestic CIDR(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the estrus interval in spring between the two different treatments,but the estrus rate in the autumn under treatment with imported CIDR was significantly higher than that under the treatment domestic CIDR.In summary,the estrus synchronization rate and conception rate of Duolang sheep treated with CIDR+PMSG in autumn were higher than those in spring.This treatment is appropriate for repeated trials or extensive application in Kashgar,Xinjiang.
