烯丙孕素内服溶液调控母猪同期发情的临床药效试验

Clinical efficacy of altrenogest oral solution in regulation of synchronous estrus in mature sows

为评价国产烯丙孕素内服溶液调控母猪同期发情的临床药效,选取性成熟后备母猪171头进行实验性临床试验和扩大临床试验,根据母猪发情及妊娠情况评价其临床药效。结果显示:实验性临床试验中,国产烯丙孕素内服溶液高(25 mg/d)、中(20 mg/d)、低(10 mg/d)剂量组以及空白对照组母猪从停药到发情的间隔时间分别为(3.45±0.81)d、(3.35±0.66)d、(5.21±2.65)d和(11.71±5.39)d,各用药组的发情间隔与空白对照组相比显著缩短(P<0.05);扩大临床试验中,国产烯丙孕素内服溶液组和进口药物对照组的母猪在药物调控下均表现出良好的同期发情效果,发情间隔分别为(3.59±1.07)d和(3.75±1.22)d,发情率分别为96.72%(59/61)和98.33%(59/60)。研究结果表明,国产烯丙孕素内服溶液按推荐剂量(20 mg/d)连续给药18 d,可以使母猪达到良好的同期发情效果。

The clinical efficacy of homemade altrenogest oral solution in regulation of synchronous estrus in mature sows was investigated.171 mature sows were used for experimental clinical trial and extended clinical trial.The clinical efficacy of the drug was evaluated according to the statuses of oestrus and gestation in sows.The results showed that,in the experimental clinical trial,mature sows divided into the homemade altrenogest oral solution groups with the high(25 mg/d),middle(20 mg/d)and low(5 mg/d)doses and the blank control group,had intervals between occurrences of estrus of(3.45±0.81)d,(3.35±0.66)d,(5.21±2.65)d and(11.71±5.39)d.Compared with the blank control group,the altrenogest-treated groups had significantly shorter estrus intervals(P<0.05).In the expanded clinical trial,the homemade altrenogest oral solution group and the imported drug control group both showed a good clinical efficacy of synchronous estrus in mature sows,with intervals between occurrences of estrus being(3.45±0.81)d and(3.35±0.66)d,respectively and the oestrus rates being 96.72%(59/61)and 98.33%(59/60),respectively.The present study indicated that the homemade altrenogest oral solution was effective in regulation of synchronous estrus in mature sows at the recommended dose of 20 mg/d for 18 days.
