摘要
试验以延边黄牛为研究对象,通过使用黄体酮阴道缓释剂(CIDR)+促卵泡素(FSH)+氯前列醇钠(PGF2ɑ)+人工合成促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)的超数排卵方案,探讨不同剂量的国产FSH与进口的Folltropin-v对延边黄牛超数排卵的影响。结果表明,2 000 IU国产FSH剂量组的头均黄体数最多,超排效果最好,且比进口的Folltropin-v成本更低。使用2 000 IU国产FSH对不同季节延边黄牛进行超排处理的结果表明,秋季和冬季的头均黄体数无显著差异(P>0.05)。不同冲胚方法的结果表明,三通管式的胚胎回收率(57.94±22.42)%显著高于注射式(17.62±11.84)%(P<0.05)。综上,2 000 IU国产FSH能够有效提高优良供体牛利用率,为延边黄牛超数排卵技术提供理论依据。
This study was to use Yanbian Yellow Cattle as the subjects,with the CIDR+FSH+PGF2ɑ+GnRH superovulation scheme to investigate the effects of different doses of domestic FSH and imported Folltropin-v on the superovulation of Yanbian Yellow Cattle.The results showed that the dosage of 2 000 IU FSH induced the higher average luteal number in cattle with the better superovulation and lower cost than imported Folltropin-v.However,there was no significant difference in the luteal number per head between the seasons of autumn and winter(P>0.05).The embryo recovery rate(57.94±22.42)%of the three-way tube type was significantly higher than that of the injection type(17.62±11.84)%(P<0.05).To sum up,2 000 IU FSH effectively improved the utilization of excellent donor cattle,which provides a theoretical support for the application of the superovulation technology to Yanbian Yellow Cattle.
