中草药添加剂对肉羊生长性能及血液生化指标的影响 被引量:19

Effects of the additive of Chinese herbal medicine on the growth performance and physiological biochemical parameters in blood of fattening goat

摘要 为探讨中草药添加剂'羊康灵'Ⅰ号对肉羊生长性能的影响,将30只150日龄的波尔杂交公羊,随机分为对照组(T)和试验组(A、B),每组10只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验A组、B组分别在基础日粮中添加1%、2%的中草药添加剂。试验结果显示:与对照组比较,试验B组肉羊的增重、日增重均显著提高(P<0.05),试验B组肉羊血液的总蛋白、球蛋白、白蛋白、总胆汁酸、游离三碘甲状腺素的含量显著增加(P<0.05),但总胆固醇、甘油三酯、血糖、谷丙转氨酶、肌酐、尿素、尿酸的含量等没有显著影响(P>0.05)。试验结果表明,肉羊的日粮中添加2%的中草药添加剂'羊康灵'Ⅰ号可显著提高增重,提高肉羊的抗病力。 To investigate effects of the additive of Chinese herbal medicine'YangkanglingⅠ'on weight growth in fattening goat,30 Boer hybrid goats at 150 days of age were randomized into the control group T and the treatment groups A and treatment B with 10 goats each.Group T were fed with the basal diet,and Groups A and B were fed with basal diet supplemented with 1%and 2%Chinese herbal additive,respectively.The results showed that,compared with Group T,Group B had a significant increase in total weight growth and daily growth t(P<0.05),and in serum total protein(TP),globin(GLB),total bile acid(TBA)and free 3-triiodothyroxine(FT3)(P<0.05=,but no significant change in total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),glucose(GLU),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),CRE(Creatinine),bood urea(BUN)and uric acid(UA)(P>0.05).It might be concluded that supplementation of the Chinese herbal medicine'Yang Kangling'Ⅰat the dose of 2%significantly increased weight growth of goats,and improved their immunity against diseases.
