摘要
提出了t^n阶Steiner三连系的构造方法,阐明了t^n阶Steiner三连系构造的基本理论。介绍了13×13阶Steiner三连系的构造。
The method of constructing Steiner triple system of order t^nis proposed. The foundamental theory of constructing Steiner triple system of order t^n is described. The construction of Steiner triple system of order 13×13 is presented.
