带蒂豌豆骨移植并腕骨局限融合术治疗月骨缺血性坏死

Treating the necrosis of lunate with transplanting of lunate with vascular and fusion of limited carpal

目的:探索治疗月骨缺血坏死的有效方法。方法:选择11例病人,月骨坏死在Ⅲ-Ⅳ期,采用带蒂豌豆骨联合局限腕骨融合术。结果:随访12～18个月,10例结果为优,1例为良。结论:带蒂豌豆骨联合局限腕骨融合术治疗月骨坏死是可行和可靠的。

Objective: To explore how to treat the necrosis of lunate. Methods: 11 cases with necrosis of canate were treated with transplanting of lunate with vascular and fusion of limited carpal. Results: All the cases were followed up 12 - 18 months, 10 cases were exellent, 1 cases was good. Conclusion: The way to treat the neciosis of Lunate is reliable.
