摘要
应用有限元分析方法计算载重15000t甲板驳船在4个超大型沉箱的装载、运输及下潜过程中各工况下的结构强度并校核了稳定性。综合对该船的总纵强度、船体立体舱段的有限元分析,以及对横舱壁及舷侧进行的局部结构强度计算,得出了该船实际作业时比较合理的压载及下潜过程的指导性意见,并提出了局部结构加强建议,保证了该工程项目顺利完成。
The paper uses FEM to calculate the structural strength of a 15 000 DWT deck barge carrying 4 large concrete boxes in the loading, transporting and submerging cases. From the longitudinal strength analysis and FEA to the 3D hull segment, together with the local analysis to the bulkhead and side structures, the guiding suggestions were obtained for the operational work and the reinforcement of the ship structure, which ensures the project to completion.
