摘要
根据流体力学基本方程,建立了输油管道内部受力计算模型,进行了实际工程计算。同时结合FLUENT数值分析结果,对比了静压、动压和内壁切应力对管道内部受力的影响大小,给出了修正的站间水平输油管道静压计算公式。研究表明:水平输油管道动压、内壁切应力对管道影响不大,对站间输油管道进行内部受力分析时应以静压为主;站间输油管道静压值与管长、弯头相关,不同位置处的静压值应根据石油出站压力进行一定折减。
Based on basic equations of fluid mechanics,this paper builds the internal stress calculation model of pipelines,calculates a practical structure,and contrasts the internal stresses like static pressure, dynamic pressure and wall shear stress by combining with the numerical simulation results. Then modified static pressure calculation formula of horizontal pipelines is given. Results indicate that the dynamic pres-sure and wall shear stress have little effects on horizontal pipelines,the internal stress analysis of pipelines is subjected to static pressure;the static pressure at different positions should be reduced according to the outbound oil pressure,associated with length of pipeline and angle of elbow.
