医学生廉洁教育的困境及破解路径

Dilemma of Medical Students' Probity Education and the Crack Path

通过分析当前医学生廉洁教育所面临的理念和实践方面的困境,提出如下措施:抓好系统性、主体性、针对性三个原则,增强医学生廉洁教育的科学性;抓实课堂、文化、实践三个载体,增强医学生廉洁教育的实效性;与医学生群体特点、职业发展、日常管理有效结合,增强医学生廉洁教育的针对性。

By analyzing the reality and practice dilemmas that medical students’ probity education faced,this paper pointed out the following countermeasures: to enhance the scientificity of medical students’ probity education by grasping the ' three principles' including systematicness,subjectivity,and pertinence; to improve the effectiveness by ' three carrier' including courses,culture,and practice; and to increase the pertinence by ' three combinations' including population characteristic,career development,and daily management.
