SWOT Analysis and Countermeasures of Hospital Volunteer Service

医院志愿服务符合了现代社会成员的需求,进一步将医院的志愿服务推向制度化、规范化、常态化,在很大程度上满足了不同层次患者的医疗服务需求,是医疗卫生体制改革中不可或缺的一部分。运用SWOT方法对目前我国医院志愿服务进行分析,并利用外在机会,发挥内在优势,规避外部威胁,扭转内部劣势,实现医院志愿者服务工作的长远发展。

Hospital volunteer service is in line with the needs of modern society members. Further pushing the hospital volunteer service towards institutionalization,standardization and normalization meets the health service needs of different patients to a large extent,which is an indispensable part of the medical and health system reform.This paper analyzes the current hospital volunteer service in our country using SWOT method. It should utilize the external opportunities,give play to the inherent advantages,avoid external threats,and reverse the internal weaknesses,to achieve long-term development of the hospital volunteer services.
