摘要
目的通过对广东省医疗机构医务人员防范医患冲突方式的评价调查,分析不同医疗机构在防范医患冲突过程中的统计学差异,为促进医疗机构防范医患冲突提出建议。方法设计调查问卷并派发给医务人员,将收集到的问卷校正后利用Excel建立数据库,利用SPSS16.0软件进行卡方检验、方差分析。结果问卷调查显示,不同性质与级别的医疗机构在防范医患冲突时存在差异性,即在开展医疗服务评价监督活动的主要形式、搭建患者意见表达平台及奖惩机制的运行效果方面存在统计学差异,另外,部分医疗机构对于医务社会工作关注较低。结论建议重视低级别医疗机构医患冲突防范工作,同时完善医疗机构奖惩机制,加快推进医务社会工作进程。
Objective:To explore the statistical differences in the process of preventing doctor-patient conflict among different medical institutions by investigating and evaluating the ways of preventing doctor-patient conflict among medical staff in Guangdong province,and to put forward suggestions for promoting medical institutions to prevent doctor-patient conflict.Methods:Questionnaires were designed and distributed to medical staff.After correcting the collected questionnaires,the database was established by excel.Chi-square test and variance analysis were performed by SPSS16.0 software.Results:Questionnaire survey showed that there were differences in the prevention of doctor-patient conflict between medical institutions of different nature and level,that is,there were statistical differences in the main forms of medical service evaluation and supervision activities,the establishment of patients’opinions expression platform and the operation effect of reward and punishment mechanism.In addition,some medical institutions paid less attention to medical social work.Conclusion:It is suggested that attention should be paid to the prevention of doctor-patient conflicts in low-level medical institutions,while improving the reward and punishment mechanism in medical institutions and speeding up the process of medical social work.
