医学生对医患沟通认知的调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of Medical Students' Cognition on Doctor-patient Communication

目的通过调查医学生对医患沟通现状的了解及对医患沟通的认知,以期提高医学院校医患沟通教育,为有效提高医学生医患沟通能力提供理论参考。方法采用结构式网上调查问卷,对南京中医药大学医学生进行调查。结果 50.99%的受访者对现在的医患关系持消极观点,54.95%的受访者曾经接受过医患沟通教育,55.45%的受访者表示对医患沟通相关知识的了解一般。结论我国医患沟通现状不容乐观,医学生虽然了解一些医患沟通知识,但仍应加强医患沟通学习。

Objective:To investigate the current situation of doctor-patient communication among medical students and their understanding of doctor-patient communication,so as to improve the doctor-patient communication education in medical colleges and universities,and to provide theoretical reference for effectively improving the doctor-patient communication ability of medical students.Methods:A structured online questionnaire was used to investigate medical students in Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine.Results:50.99%of the respondents had negative views on the current doctor-patient relationship.Although 54.95%of the respondents had received doctor-patient communication education,55.45%of the respondents said they had a general knowledge of doctor-patient communication.Conclusion:The current situation of doctor-patient communication in China is not optimistic.Although medical students know some knowledge of doctor-patient communication,they still need to strengthen doctor-patient communication learning.
