摘要
医学人文教育注重以人为本的教育理念,着重将医学科学与人文相融合,以人文精神价值理念指导医者的医疗行为。以组胚学为例,在分析组胚学课程特点的基础上,讨论了在组胚学教学中融入医学人文教育的重要性,进一步阐述了组胚学教学中融入医学人文教育的实践方案:调整课程设置,隐性增加人文教育内容;加强师资力量,提升授课教师人文素养;精心设计教学内容,有机融入人文理念;丰富学生文化生活,营造良好人文环境,以期为新模式下的医学教育提供借鉴和实践经验,促进医学科学与人文科学的有机结合。
Medical humanities education pays attention to the educational concept of people-oriented,emphasizes the integration of medical science and humanities,and guides doctors’medical behavior with humanistic spiritual values.Taking histology and embryology as an example,based on the analysis of the characteristics of histology and embryology course,this paper discussed the importance of incorporating medical humanities education into histology and embryology teaching,and further elaborated the practical scheme of incorporating medical humanities education into histology and embryology teaching:adjusting curriculum settings,implicitly increasing the content of humanities education;strengthening the teaching staff,enhancing the humanities literacy of teachers;carefully designing the teaching content;enriching students’cultural life and creating a good humanistic environment.In order to provide reference and practical experience for medical education under the new model,and promote the organic combination of medical science and humanities.
