不对称双缩二氨基硫脲席夫碱荧光探针的合成及其性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用噻唑-5-甲醛与单缩二氨基硫脲为原料,合成了一种新型不对称双席夫碱结构荧光探针N’-(4-氯亚苄基)-2-(噻唑-5-基亚甲基)肼基-1-硫代碳酰肼(L1),并对其结构进行了表征(NMR,IR,MS).在缓冲溶液(p H=7. 0)中,探针L1可以高选择性荧光识别Zn2+,检测限为5. 8×10-6mol/L,p H适用范围为59.当Zn2+与探针L1配位时,生成1:2型配合物(L-Zn2+),在365 nm紫外灯照射下,由无色变成亮绿色强荧光,具有潜在的应用价值. The titled compound(probe L1)was synthesized by using thiazole-5-carboxaldehyde and N’-(4-chlorobenzylidene)hydrazinecarbothiohydrazide as starting materials,and its structure was characterized by NMR,IR and MS.In Ethanol/Tris(V/V=1:1,p H 7.0)solution,the probe L1 could high-selectively recognize Zn2+with fluorescence responding,the experimental results demonstrated that the detection limit was 5.8×10-6mol/L,and the proper p H range was 5 9.When Zn2+was coordinated with probe L1,a 1:2 type complex(L1-Zn2+)formedand fluorescence color of the system was changed from non-fluoresce to strong bright-green fluorescence under 365 nm UV lamp irradiation.
