摘要
采用固相萃取-高效液相色谱法、红外光谱法研究了腐殖酸对邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)吸附动力学特征与机理.结果表明,Lagergren二级动力学方程是描述腐殖酸吸附DBP反应的最佳方程,而内扩散模型表明该反应可能是受到空隙扩散和内部扩散共同控制;腐殖酸-DBP复合物红外光谱分析结果表明,腐殖酸对DBP的吸附机理主要是腐殖酸分子与DBP分子间发生的氢键相互作用.
The characteristics and mechanism of isothermal adsorption kinetics of di-n-butyl phthalate(DBP)to humic acid(HA)were studied by SPE-HPLC(solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography)and infrared spectroscopy.The results showed that the characteristics of isothermal adsorption kinetics of DBP to HA could be best described by a Lagergren second-order reaction kinetics equation.The inner diffusion model indicated that the reaction may be jointly controlled by void diffusion and internal diffusion.Infrared spectroscopy showed that the adsorption mechanism of DBP on HA is hydrogen bonding interaction between HA and DBP molecules.
